Why do we need the data?
The data will prove or disprove an assumption. Last night at our event, Rob Wilkins talked on ‘Presenting data for impact’ and how to visualise data to tell the story using ‘ICCOR categories’, a Venngage © methodology that helps define what it is you are trying to tell your audience. This simple method hit the spot! Here is a summary along with an infographic-
◼ Inform - convey a single important message or data point that doesn’t require many contexts to understand.
◼ Compare - show similarities or differences among values or parts of a whole.
◼ Change - visualise trends over time or space.
◼ Organise - show groups, patterns, rank or order.
◼ Reveal Relationships - show correlations among variables or values best chart.
But, creating the data visualisation as an infographic is an art-form itself. If you need to learn 'How to Create Infographics for Data Visualisation', let me know via Linkedln inbox.
