š 494 people joined my webinar today on 'Creating Positive Experiences in Digital Learning'.
This was by far the largest audience I have ever facilitated to. During the webinar, I looked at the number of participants in the virtual room and saw 494 and I remember thinking 'wow, this would be a huge room if this was in person, and how would they ask all these questions in a room'. I also thought 494 learning professionals, like myself, need to quickly learn ways to pivot our traditional skill set to predominantly all digital learning and so, it's great we come together, to learn and develop ourselves much like how we develop others.
We could of put a sign up saying 'take away menu only due to COVID-19, but we don't - we are redesigning programs to create positive learning experiences to continue our purpose. Please give a few moments to rethink, redesign and deliver comprehensive learning programs that are more than a webinar.
