◼ Meet with Marketing and R&D on the NPD Training for Sales Team & Groupwide Training & Canva design the EDM graphics.

◼ Finalised writing the iLead Leading Great Teams Virtually Course.

◼ 1-1's with People Manager's who have new team members coming on board to plan a GREAT virtual onboarding experience.

◼ Co-Design the instructional design of an award-winning Cyber Security Learning Campaign with Owen Walsh.

◼ Meet with Head of CS, HRBP, Leads on all things customer service training.

◼ Finalised items for this week's Excel Learning Lab, with Oliver Cast, better known as 'Olly the Excel-lent' and our GWA DJ. ◼ Learning EX Good to Great with Kate Jones, each week 2 hours on improving the L&D experience, is week working on improved auto-email responses on the LMS.

◼ Support the Diversity, Wellness Trivia event with the Culture Council.

◼ Finalised the Way Forward Wellness Strategy and sent it to ELT to review. AND

◼ AKUNA PODCAST! Recorded the first Special Edition Episode with Malcolm Dagg and Holly Smith! A not to be missed episode!
