For many of us in the Learning & Development field, we learnt about creating 'Psychological Safety' when Amy Edmondson coined the term in 1999. Later, Google developing a list of the 5 key dynamics that make great teams successful, leading the way, showing us that great leadership or teams don't exist without behaviours that offer psychological safety.

One of the great benefits of having work flexibility is it has allowed me to duck out on Wednesday's at 4 pm to be a Creative Writing Volunteer with Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander Australian kids in Redfern. With this, I've grown to have a great appreciation for the culture and the importance of Reconciliation.
